It’s WOW Wednesday! HR leaders, execs, and managers: How do you WOW the people who go above and beyond for you in your business? Or, how have you been WOWed?
**Today’s WOW Wednesday comes from Carrie. **
She says: “We started a ‘[New Hire 6-Month Luncheon](https://www.terryberry.com/get-started/employee-recognition-ideas.aspx)‘ where we bring new hires back in and they get meet and have lunch with senior management. They complete a [questionnaire](https://www.terryberry.com/resourceslearn/tools.aspx) and they get to ask questions. We also provide two recognition items (a tote bag and a water bottle) with our agency logo to say thanks!”
