It’s WOW Wednesday! HR leaders, execs, and managers: How do you WOW the people who go above and beyond for you in your business? Or, how have you been WOWed?
**Today’s WOW Wednesday comes from Maria. **
She says: “My company does an excellent job personalizing [award presentations](https://www.terryberry.com/resource/recognition-speeches/) by having the presenting supervisor write a 1-2 minute speech about the employee which would include their performance but also an appropriate personalized joke/anecdote. This made the presentation an enjoyable experience.”

Share your own “WOW Wednesday” tip or story. Leave a comment here or post on [Terryberry’s Facebook Page](http://www.facebook.com/TerryberryCompany) or [Twitter](https://twitter.com/Terryberryco) using hashtag #WOWWED. Make it a WOW day!
